Services Offered: Language Practice & Academic & Professional Language Support

Fluinto provides two parallel services: (a) Language Practice (conversational lessons, chat, and live video) and (b) Academic & Professional Language Support (coaching to understand difficult concepts, improve clarity, and speak the language of your field). Academic & Professional Language Support assigns one dedicated coach per focus, allows up to three focuses per student, and may apply per-focus session limits and time-bound locks to keep pacing steady. Language Practice remains a separate experience and is not mixed with academic/professional sessions.

1. Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use this platform. You agree to use Fluinto only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Respect focus-specific limits and coach assignments where applicable to Academic & Professional Language Support.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are fully responsible for all activities under your account.

3. Privacy

Your privacy is critically important to us. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and store your data. By using our platform, you consent to these practices.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, features, and functionalities on Fluinto are owned by or licensed to us. You agree not to copy, modify, reproduce, or exploit any part of the platform without express written permission.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create but grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features of Fluinto may require payment. By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges and our billing terms. All transactions are handled securely. Refunds may be issued under certain conditions as outlined in our Refund Policy.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice, particularly if you violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fluinto shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept and agree to the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fluinto is registered or operated.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed.

12. Acceptable Use Policy

• You agree not to use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activity.
• You will not harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with platform operations.
• You may not impersonate Louder Links or misrepresent affiliation.

13. Third-Party Services

We integrate third-party tools such as Stripe, Supabase, and OpenAI. Fluinto is not responsible for the policies or behavior of these services. Please refer to their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Suspension Due to AI Misuse

We reserve the right to suspend your access to our AI systems if they are misused — including for spam, misinformation, abusive or unethical behavior.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fluinto, its founder, affiliates, and partners from any claims or liabilities resulting from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, or technical failures.

Effective Date
